OrbiMars currently ships using express or special shipping lines. The current average shipping time worldwide is approximately 10-15 days. (For custom-made or specialized Starlink accessories, our customer service team will inform you of the prevailing estimated time.)

3. Shipping Method Selection & Tracking

1. Goods Not Subject to Customs Duties
For some EU countries (such as the UK, France, Italy, Germany, etc.), we might utilize duty-free channels for shipping. The shipping declaration value will be set lower than the actual value.

2. EMS Shipping to Specific Regions
For Brazil and certain other countries, OrbiMars might directly choose EMS as the default shipping method. If you select express shipping or have special requirements, we'll notify you by email.
Most items on our website can be shipped to the majority of countries worldwide. However, different shipping methods might have varying restrictions on delivery locations. For example, some regions might only be accessible via EMS, while other methods like DHL or UPS cannot reach them. In such cases, our customer service team will provide guidance.
3. Customs Duties & Tax IDs
When buying goods from other countries, it is the responsibility of every buyer to pay applicable customs duties and taxes.
Some countries might require a tax ID for shipment. To ensure smooth customs clearance in these countries, you must provide your tax ID, which will be added to the shipping label:

4. Phone Number
